Constantia Valley Trail Run has the option of a 21KM race, 11.5KM race and 4.5KM Family Fun trail run.

• 21KM Trail Run starts at 07h30
• 11.5KM Trail Run starts at 07h35
• Family Fun Trail Run starts at 07h40

VENUE: Cape Academy, Firgrove Road, Tokai

• Parking will be opposite Cape Academy
• Prize giving will be at 11h00 at the Cape Adademy
• Cut-off Time for the main event is 3 hours and 30 minutes
• The number of entrants are limited
• Medals will be awarded to all finishers
• Tog bag security will be available
• Special permission has been granted to run over the wine farms; runners are not permitted to run on these farms at any other time other that this event and the Constantia Valley Grape Run
• No Substitutions will be allowed
• The organizers cannot be held liable for any accident or injury occuring during this event
